Why do I crave Pickled foods and Salt?

and NO, I am not pregnant…I do however have low blood pressure.
I crave, sauerkraut, pickles, olives, and salt and vinegar chips…OoOoOohhhh and pickled beets too!!!

Why do I crave these things? Weird?

    Possible sodium or perhaps potassium deficiency. Ask your doctor to check for your mineral levels. And have your thyroid checked.

    Because of your low blood pressure. Sodium (salt) raises blood pressure.

    you probably have low blood pressure, as salt raises your blood pressure. You should see a physician to make sure you don’t have a heart problem.

    I’m expecting child #4. My food cravings are off the chart, they have never been stronger, or frankly any crazier. Tuna and chocolate. Just typing it makes me queasy but I have to eat it.
