My face is bloated. I admit that i eat lots of salty foods, but i drink 2 gallons of H2O. i also have low BP.?
Since i have low blood pressure, I should eat foods with lots of salt, right? I also have low blood sugar too, i think. i don’t know if that matters a lot. This past year i’ve been living life quite unhealthily because of school–not sleeping a lot, having loads of stress, and etc.
