I’ve been diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension. It means I get really low blood pressure, so my doctor told me to drink about 90oz of water and eat almost 10 grams of salt a day. Unless I’m willing to coat all my food in salt, this is really hard to accomplish. Does anyone know where I could find salt tablets that aren’t made for horses and have a decent amount of salt in them? I know they make them for athletes who sweat a lot but I’d have to take up to 20 of those a day. I know my mom used to have a whole jar but we can’t find them anymore.
Any suggestions?

At most drug stores they carry a product called "Thermotab"
Another idea is – I have been diagnosed with that as well and I was put on a medication called Proamitine. It has worked very well for me.
Either way, I wish you luck.
