This is my story, I am 24 and have pre hyper tension. I know exactly why too, my eating habbits are horrible and I have not worked out in awhile too. Today im going to attempt to change my habits and before some of you start thinking im over wieght, Im 5’9 167 lbs. I visited the doc and he emphasised to me to stop eating fast food! You can get green tea supplements in Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. I think the ones with the highest polyphenol percentages are the best.

Hey King what I do is make a smoothy from banana blue berries fiber like weat germ or oat’s and cranberry juice. I also throw in several green tea bags.. You won’t even taste them. I suggest you try your favorate things .

That’s what I am forgetting to drink instead of coffee. Green Tea (and of course plenty of water to detox & hydrate), and the walks, stagnation is a killer for me, I get up & I am stiff as a 90yr old and can barely walk. I did recover from the stroke but bad habits creep back in & I need to get back to my green leafy veggies & broccoli
