I just consumed a "nos" which is loaded with Sugar, i also ate alot of food. my blood pressure feels like its way up there and i feel sick to my stomach – which makes me want to go to bed… normally if i do go to bed i never wake up feeling refreshed. if i go run, normally i start to feel amazing once again. when i don’t eat i feel like i have a ton of energy. i hate this feeling! i first thought it was Adhd medication and i was wondering why i would crash on it, but now im finding out its Sugar and caffeine
