Yeah well Idk! K so anyone know any good tips for cooking?
Example: Avocado Lowers blood pressure, Papaya is an Energy Food, and Blue berries are loaded with antioxidants. Stuff like that! I would like to know alot more about different stuff that are good or bad for you.

If you want a career in Culinary Arts, i.e. working in kitchens, then none of those things are important.
You cater (quite literally) for you customers, you cook what they want. And when people go out they want fatty yummy food.
The stuff you want to know would only be useful if you wanted to write a low fat cooking book or something.
BTW Culinary Arts isn’t as glamorous as you may think.
