I have extra pounds,I have tried a lot of diets and they didn’t worked,they didn’t worked because I was stopping them,now I found this new one,you lose 20 kilos in 24 days,its true,but the thing is I nearly fainted the second day because of low blood pressure,this diet says to eat a specific food all day,next day other food but only this food that diet suggests,nothing else,I want to stop it,because I have headaches and I can’t even stand for long because it makes me dizzy,but if I stop it family will say "I knew it you would stop the diet like always" so what do you suggest?

who cares what your family say.. would they rather u dead!?
No i didnt think so . There warning signs that your body isnt taking to the diet because it being deprived of the stuff needs. eat healthy drink plenty of water and exercise
stop you can end up dead dead dead dead and sick sick and did i say dead
so sad, when is everyone going to learn that diets dont work. good excercise does, instead of focusing so much on what you eat, which only makes you feel worse, eat what you want as long as its reasonably healthy and then go outside and excercise, swimming, ice skating and roller blading are the top calorie burners and swimming and skating are a fun way to keep cool in the summer too.
if not, try weight watchers, its not so much a diet as a lifestyle, based on your height and weight you get a certain amt of points everyday and you cant eat over it, but i still recomend getting active instead of all that diet crap
If you are having dizzy spells, getting sick, or feeling weak you’re damaging your body. If a diet does harm it’s not doing any good. Go to a gym, learn about healthy portions, and good foods, and stop dieting your way as you’ll only end up with health problems, gaining more weight, or death. Starving yourself doesn’t work it only makes your body produce more of the fat cells because your body is trying to protect itself, it over compensates in some areas, leaving you vulnerable in others.
