Your body needs protein and certain amount of unsaturated fat (like olive oil, or evening primrose oil) You need fresh vegetables, and SMALL amounts of carbos – if you stick to a way of eating that limits
    *too many carbs
    *too much saturated fats
*too much refined foods [incl white flour, sugar, etc]
Re Exercise; get a good workout done every day – include a long walk. [You can choose this: whatever you have a preference for, but it MUST be done = exercise is great for lowering blood pressure!
Good for you! Taking responsibility!! good luck

Low cholesterol and low sodium foods. read the labels on the food packages and go with as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. NO CANNED FOODS as they almost alway have a higher sodium content. (Unless the cans are specifically marked low sodium)

like almost everyone says, start walking. eat less fat. stop smoking if you do, and keep up the exercise even if walking or swimming is all you can do.
don’t over do the caffeine and eat light and less. you can do it! walk, walk, walk!!!
