How can I get my blood pressure up?
It’s always been very low and makes me feel dizzy non stop, sometimes I faint. I’m tired of it. My Doctor tells me to just keep hydrated and salt my food. Is this all I can do? Thanks. I’m not anemic at all, just had blood work done and iron checked and everything is perfect!
