stay away from sugar and eat vegatables. And slowly move in with some light carbs and meat.

Nothing in a can or prepackaged. Use a salt substitute. No, no, no, fast food or soda. I know this stinks but it’s only nine months!

Fruits, vegetables, anything you make yourself and didn’t come out of a box or a can. If you go to any health food store they will be able to show you lots of wonderful healthy options.

SEE YOUR DR.
Eat pumpkin, sounds weird but I hear it works.
Definately follow up closely with your dr. Pregnancy induced hypertension can lead to enormous complications, or can just be a pain in the side. I don’t want to scare you, but it can get serious and you need a good dr. When you are laying down it is best to lay on your right side for the best circulation. And definately stay away from high fatty salty foods.
Drink cranberry juice, I mix it with water because it is high in sugar, actually I mix with water and unsweetened cranberry juice but hubby thinks I am crazy to be able to drink that. I don’t think it is bad, try it maybe.
How long has it been high, what does the dr say? If you have more questions on that I had complications with both my pregnancy and can maybe help you or just provide support. I am able to receive emails through here, so just drop a line if you want more. I did give birth to 2 girls, so I don’t want to be alarming, and some people do just fine, but I had a stupid dr with my second pregnancy and wish I had changed dr.s etc. My first dr was awsome and I wish she hadn’t retired.
Definately try the pumpkin, and I have more info at home, email me if you want it and I can get it to you.
Pregnancy is a wonderous mystery, giving life. Congratulations.
